Systems for screening, degritting and degreasing suitable for low and mid-range flowrate.

The mechanical pre-treatment is the key to every efficient municipal and industrial waste water treatment plant. It is vital to remove most of the screenings and non-organic material from the waste stream to prevent clogging, blockages and sedimentation in the following steps. The comby systems for septage tanker trucks allow to handle and treat the waste collected by tanker trucks in septage tanks, cesspools, sludge digestors and leachate in a fast, clear and efficient way. Systems allow to efficiently remove the screenings by means of the fine screen located at the inlet, settle and remove the grit and sand free of fecal material in the de-gritting chamber and float the grease and oils to be removed by the skimmer.

 

The multipurpose comby systems perform 3 features in a single piece of equipment:

  • Screen and dewater
  • De-grit
  • De-grease

 The broad range allows to have a suitable unit for most cases.

 

Screening range:

From 3 mm to 12 mm

Flowrate range:

From 50 to 200 m3/h

 

The units may be equipped with the REMSPRAY washing system that allows to remove a large portion of the organics bound to the screenings. For a more effective screenings washing we suggest to combine the screen with the R.E.M. High-pressure Washer Compactor.

 

The sophisticated control allow to analyze and record the following parameters on-line:

  • pH
  • Conductibility
  • Suspended solids
  • Flowrate

 

Additionally it is available the access control system either by card or wireless and the automatic reporting system.
